Alexander Krechet, unexpectedly resigns and decides to settle in the Crimea after investigating high-profile cases in the Investigative Committee. But the retired detective cannot rest even there. As he arrives at the beach, he immediately finds himself at the epicenter of the incident. He rescues an unknown guy from the water, who, like two drops of water, looks like a young man who disappeared at this place 25 years ago. The guy has not aged at all. During the investigating of attempting murder of the young man, Krechet reveals another crime that happened in this place in the 90s at the same time.
